I received a repromand for possession of a controlled drug Class A - MDMA when under the age of 18. Misuse Drugs Act 1971. I am now 21 and want to travel to America but I do not know its ever possible. This is the only offence I have had, ive never been in trouble with the police. Please can I have some advice on this situation?
