a stun gun is not included under the uk firearms act.as far as i'm aware,if you were caught by police with one you would be charged with having an offensive weapon as they are banned in the uk.

Above answer correct. Would be arrested for offensive weapon as it soesn't fit the legal definition of firearm.

A stun gun is not included under the Firearms Acts vut a CS Spray cannister is. Possession in a public place of a stun gun is an offence.

Nope , any one can keep them until they don't use it on a daily basis and also not on the innocent people. They are not in any arm act.
