is there a chance of me going prison ?

in the last year i have reciceved 10 charges .....for drunk and disordaly and also criminal damage of �15.000.. i am on a referal order for 8month and i have now been done for assult and in court i was told if i re-offended i would be re-sentenced for everything is there any chance of me going prison?

thanks wizard i have tryed starting a new life moved away from the town i lived in and im making a new start at life.... and yes i av got a drink problem ... and i have an alcohol worker and now i hardly ever drink its my anger problem that has only just been addressed i do anger management now...i want to be a solicitor and ive been told im a bright enough person to that .... my anger just lets me down .... i do realise the seriousness of it... i just didnt think before i did it...

bubblelegal, I hope that you do manage to get yourself sorted out however before you embark on any career journeys check out whether a criminal record would restrict you.

Well done on stopping the drinking though. Its hard but even harder to not start again so I wish you well.

Your anger issues may subside as the alcohol effects leave your system but I would recommend that you take up a new pasttime to occupy your mind whilst keeping you away from situations that may inflame your anger.

Bubblegal. Please let me know if you do become a solicitor and where you work. That way I can avoid having any legal documents written by you. There would be so many mistakes in them that they would probably be invalid.

i am taking the blame for all i have done i mean i havent had the best childhood but its up to me to make my life different and i understand that but when your in a situation like me it is quite hard.....i dont want to go prison but if it comes to that then i can garentee i wont go back there.... i have help off alot of people but i admitt sometimes i havent listened to them and now i wish i did!!!

as for bubblegal- I've no idea whether you'll get a prison sentance, however i hope that whatever the outcome, you can turn your life around. Make something of yourself before it's too late.

That's ironic. I once knew a girl who was a stripper but was easily intelligent enough to have been a solicitor. She said that stripping was better than working for a living and better paid too.

Ten charges in one year would probably deserve a sentence though you may be lucky. Just keep your head down and hope for the best.
