At the age of 14/15 when i was a horrible, mouthy little person I got cationed for Breach of the Peace for using some tasty language towards an undeserving police officer.
I'm now 26 and am applying for an Australian Visa and have recently sent off for my Police check, will this caution appear on the PNC check? Whilst I believe it is technically "spent", the police can still see it and I'm a tad worried it will appear on the check.
My own fault sadly.

Thanks in advance

Check with the police. Was it a caution or just a warning you had?
it is only 'convictions' that appear on the check, unless it was a very serious offence as a child. However, I do believe there is some discretion used if something shows up when you were a child e.g. childrens hearings. you should check with the australian embassy to be certain and I would also check with the immigration service who will give you impartial advice also
