If an 11 year old boy is given a 12 months supervision order for theft in November can he be given another in January for burglary? (different offences, different dates)

Was the 2nd offence committed before november?

if not then he has broken the terms of his supervision order.

thank you, thats what I thought. Will have to look into it. Delightful child was given a supervision order for breaking into my garage and stealing my 2 sons bikes while on supervision order for theft of a wallet. Crime was called burglary because garage is attached to house.
