Does anyone know where I can get hold of a training video on anti money laundering wich is tailored to estate agency?

The Police Force for your area should have a financial investigation team or a designated officer to deal with POCA applications. He should be able tp point you in the right direction.

Alternatively the professional organisation for estate agents should have some training materials
