So if you have received a Police Caution can charges still be pressed with regards to the original crime?
no, they are giving you a caution ( a slapped wrist) and you will walk away with no criminal record!

shouldnt this be in law?
or 'How it Works'

I don't want to see you here again, m'lad!!

Thank you thank you - it was/is in Law but I know that there are much more bariner people in Body and Soul that would be quicker to answer my question than in Law.

p.s I am still waiting for an answer in the Law section!!!!
wait no longer!!!!
I'm dealing with it now ma'am
Whatsa 'bariner' ?
ello ello ello..., whats going on ere then!!!!
btw a caution does stay on you record!
1 you have to a. gree to be cautioned. 2 you have never recieved a caution for a like offence. 3 you have to admit the offence. i dont think that 2 is a hard and fast rule.
a caution is not a criminal conviction and is recorded seperately. this is later expunged, after 5yrs i think. what do you mean about being charged with the original offence? you would never be caution for one offence and charged with another from the same set of circumstances. you would be charged with the lot. i hope this answers your question.
