NJ...we could do with your unbiased help and advice over on NEWS, regarding the unlawfully killed verdicts at the Hillsborough Inquests !

There is widespread confusion about what happens next.

Ummm...it was the finer points of the law that I wanted to know more about. I expect NJ will along in a minute....he rarely lets us down.

not an awful lot I think ....

coroners' verdicts are independent of any other verdict in civil and criminal courts so the short answer is we have to got thro the whole thing again...

Dukinfield I thought had been given immunity from prosecution ....
