Why is it that some ABers never acknowledge replies to their questions ? Anyone else think it's a bit rude ? Or is it just that I'm old fashioned !! (I'm 62 btw)

I have seen some fellow ABers give excellent answers that have obviously taken time to research and type up - and there is no follow up post by the person asking the question.

It would be easy to forget to go back and thank someone now and again - but there are serial offenders. These people ask many questions and never revisit the thread to thank people for their answers.

I can live without thanks, but it's always nice to get them. The serial offenders I just ignore altogether.

It happens very often especially in Q & P. Ungrateful People who take everything for granted. No time for people like that !!

Some people just post then go out. Even saying thank you the next day would be civil.
