and dont you just love it when they say "we'll be there between 8am and 8pm" - looking a lot more like the 8pm!

I have just had to collect my parcel from the top of town. It was addressed to them same house number and my name . They were expecting parcel too from same company. Sent company an e mail and they are going to refund postage.Hope yours arrives to your address.

Luckily my phone number was on parcel and the gentleman rang me.

Me and my mam have stayed in all day for a repair man who should of been here between 10 and 11 this morning to fix the oven..P!ss taker much??
My mam rang the company and the girl on the phone said "Oh they don't come out until night-time"...Eh who's this then???The vampires???

Following on from my broadband fun and games yesterday, the man from Mumbai (or wherever),that is BT call centre promised faithfully to ring me back at 3.30 this afternoon to try and solve a seriously troublesome broadband problem...still waiting..
