What do you have on your toast? I just had some wholemeal with pate and a cup of tea. Just the ticket!

mine is pilchards in tomato on brown toast.....with tomato juice & worcester.

Oh I haven't had pilchards on toast for years! Needs to be on plain bread though :)

I love peanut butter on my toast!!

Failing that, I have been known to put nutella on mine too!!!

This is a veggi prawn toast alternative: peanut butter then pressed into toasted semame seeds.

pilchards on bread......toooo soggy! Toasted brown much nicer. Straight from tin, for the hot & cold.....delish!
