Under the Miscellaneous Provisions Act & the Local Government Act, tattooing unregistered (without an evvironmental heath registration & from unregistered premises) from home is ILLEAGL.
There is also the Environmental Protection Act governing the disposal of the contaminated waste/sharps incineration that has to be provided by a registered waste management company on a contract, putting it in the domestic waste is punishable by £20,000 fines &/or 6 months imprisonment.
There are also the COSHH (control of substances hazardous to health) regs & the compliance to all the local authority byelaws regarding tattooing in your area as well as record keeping of MSDS (materials saftey data sheets) for every product used in the process of tattooing & client records to be kept for a minimum of 2 years etc.
And you will incur the wrath of the pro tattooists in your area whan they find out about you & you WILL be reported...or get a vist from some big heavily tattooed blokes who'll want a word with you.

Best advice...forget all about it & go do something else.
Tattooing from home is ILLEGAL under the Miscellaneous Provisions Act...you must be a registered tattooist working from registered premises.
