How do I go about getting my ex Army husbands pension?

I would like to know how do I go about getting the paper work started on getting my ex Army husbands pension? Please let me know what I need to do. He is a O5 pilot in the Army. We were married 10 years and have 2 kids together. He is also a West Point Graduate. I hope that someone can help me.

Do you fight in the army? Been in a combat situation? No? Then get your grubby little hands off your husbands pension.

why should you have his pension?? like someone said above you didnt work for it did you? it his NOT yours!!
ignore the idiotic ramblings of mamjet and gem_35 - they don't know your circumstances so can't judge why you need his pension - and i wouldn't even try to explain to them as it may involve some long words and i would be afraid that they hurt their heads trying to figure them out. unfortunately you tend to get some idiots on this site who use it as an excuse to vent their frustrations and inadequacies on others.
Isn't this sort of thing normally catered for in the divorce settlement?
