I live in a flat block that has recently become the home of a family who have a very noisy dog. As I am typing this at nearly 2.00am in the morning, this should give you an idea on how DAMN NOISY this thing is. Does anyone have any idea of my rights to get this sorted out??

Or does anyone have any advise that could help me out....(Apart from the obvious shotgun solution!!)

Thank you in advance...

hi James

complain to your council they can monitor noise like that , also mabye ask other flat people can they hear the noise , get a petition
or get a group of you to go round
is the tenant allowed a Dog in a flat anyhow seems cruel to me !!!!! you cant have one in bedfordshire
This happened to us and we reported it and were told to keep a note of the hours and dates that the dog barked and to forward this to them.

They then sent a letter and the dog was sent to live with relatives on a farm!
most leasehold flats dont allow pets. report them
