Hi

I have a council house in Shetland and want to move to Fife. I've heard this is possible.

Does anyone have information/experience on council house swaps?

Yes in theory it should be but, being - I assume separate authorities - you would have to find someone willing to swap yourself. And, I'm not being funny I promise, but finding someone to swap to where you are is going to be a tall order I would imagine.
