I am a Landlord. Had a tenant who left my property 3 months after we jointly signed a 12 month contract. No notice given. The person concerned still lives and works in the London area. Unfortunately with no info re his new address or place of work, how do I find him in order to pursue this through mall Claims Court. All I have is his current mobile number. Can anyone advise?

Ring him and ask him..... (or get someone else to do it)

Say you have a cheque for him and ask for the address to post it to.....
walk away from this

re let the house and just put it down to experience

It could have been worse - he couldhave stayed and smashed up the place

Oh and keep the deposit
