The placement of street lights is the councils responsibility they say where they should go. Why do you want it moved and why was it moved in the first place?
Our street lamps are turned off at midnight. Cars parked both sides of the
Close. Very dangerous. Oh for some light!

The council are replacing all the street lights in the borough, it has been moved as new configuration of the street but on the website it should have been placed on the opposite side of the street. The light is very bright shinning into our property.

They can fit a shield if it is intusive.

Lamp posts used to be placed near the curb side of the paths but they are moving them all in nearer the boundry walls with property to keep them out of the way of cars.

If it is in the wrong place they might move it but it is cheaper and easier to put a shield on it.
