If you mean you want to become a Training Officer (someone who organises training for employees) you would effectively be working within the Personnel Department.  You can find out more from the Institute of Personnel and Develoment (London, England).

I would suggest studying the city and guilds 7407 certificate in FE teaching at your local college. It comes in 2 stages. Stage 1 is a 14 week course and costs about �195. Stage 2 is 20 wks and about �280
