Ive been thinking for some tme about going se doing computer training, for example using email, internet, using microsoft programs eg word, powerpoint etc. I could also show people how to use anti virus and the do's and dont's when online. My onliy concern is that most of the user can get from the internet. Ive no qualification related to being a trainer.

if you want to do that then you really do need to get some sort of teaching qualification for IT first. We use trainers in my job, they go out to the various bases to give hands-on training support to users in all the Microsoft applications.
