Take a long piece of beef.
Play with is until it's really hard.
Put it in your mouth to check the flavour.
Slide it deep into a soft, moist, pastry crust.
Turn it over and slide it in the other way.
If possible, have several other pieces of beef to stuff into the same bit of pastry.
As the beef cooks, it will produce a lot of juice.
Drink the juice. Some of it may dribble down your chin.
If you spill any of the meat juices, rub it into your chest (not sure why - it's just part of the recipe).
If there is any meat left, lick it to remove all traces of juices.
Enjoy with a young Spanish number.
