when you say waiting do you mean London weighting?

As far as i'm aware, companies do not even have to offer london weightng, so i would imagine there is no legal limits for it
Quite true, BN, about the 'rules'.
Maybe these days term WOULD be better described as 'London Waiting Allowance', given all the hanging around in busy traffic.
or are you referring to waiting time in court, which was paid in 10 minute units? I'm not sure it's paid any more..
