Would be grateful for any help with this.

Friend had an interview for a p/t Uni course. He didnt get accepted. He wrote and asked for feedabck and copies of interview notes and panel scores.
Feedback consisted of a copy of a 'sample interview criteria form' and a note of the 3 areas he had not passed/performed well on but no details on how he could have done better, nor no copies of panel scores or notes from interview.

Can he legally ask for these notes and scores? either under
(1) Freedom of INformation act or (2) Data Protection Act?
He would like to know exactly what the concerns were and how he could actually do better next time round.

He doesn't need to invoke any laws - he can ask for a follow up interview where hopefully they will discuss the interview with him and advise him on ways to improve.
