I'm from London and I want to go to University in Ireland

I want to study Events Management at a University in Ireland in September 2009. So far I've applied to 5 English Universities via UCAS but I really want to study in Dublin or in Ireland next year.

Does anybody know if there is an Irish version of UCAS so that I can check which Universities offer the subject I have chosen?
And does anybody know 100% if I even CAN study in Ireland at all? I have friends from other countries in the EU that are studying over here and got their student loans/grants etc. so I just kinda assumed I could.

Hey, I know you can study Events Management in Dundalk IT cus thats where i went to college, its only bout an hour from Dublin.
