i have been offered a job as a auxilery nurse but have not worked for 30 years after bringing up children but now feel its about time i worked but i am very aprehensive about taking this job as i have never done anything like this before its quite scarey. help please

If you haven't worked for 30 years then any job will be scary. Don't worry, bringing up kids for that long requires far more skills and patience than I will ever have!

Can you ask them for a trial or start off part-time to ease yourself back in gently?
