you could tryu contacting the big greetings card producers (e.g. Hallmark). Have just had a look on their website, and they have a vacancies section: http://www.hallmarkuk.com/pages/vacancies.php

Head to your local library and ask to see the Writers' & Artists' Yearbook. This contains a section entitled 'Card & stationery publishers that accept illustrations and verses'. There are about 40 firms listed but only a few accept verses. (Most want artwork and/or humour).
