I have an employer in North Essex who wants his young staff to do an apprenticeship covering, Installing wood burners, gas and electric fires. Any ideas and do you know a training provider? Thanks

You can contact the Train to Gain service in your area; see website www.traintogain.gov.uk. They will help the employer find the right apprenticeship and nearest college provider. Under this service, apprenticeship training is higly subsidised for the employer - upto approx 80%
Thanks but I am part of an Essex pilot called Train For Your Future. We are targeting only 16-17 yr olds who are employed but not training. It's my job to broker the training hense, why I need to find the right training provider. Hopefully this scheme wil go national like PFL became T2G.
