sorry iforgot to that they(my employer) make me fill one out even for 1 day which i know they dont have to pay me for

If you are employed you should receive Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) after you have been sick for three days. As for the self certificate, that shows you've been sick and not on leave or absent without good reason. Are you saying you do not get paid at all?

No,they never give you sick pay. But, why should i have to fill out the form when i know they wont pay me anyway. I think they give it to the HR company they use, so can i refuse to fill it out if i have one day off and i wont get paid?

ACAS can give advice on employment law and if yir employer is not paying SSP when you are entitled to it , HM Revenue and Customs can investigate them. Have a look here.
