What do you think Abby?
It could be a great friendship but next time you see him tell him about your boyfriend (I know you don't really have one) and ask him if your dad can come along, too - assuming you have a dad and he would enjoy the museum.
This would make it very clear to him that it can only be platonic. Some older men get funny ideas, but some are genuine.

Ok well maybe a great friendship as he is good friend of the dogs home
As Anne implies (I think), it's really your decision based on what you think - how can you let a load of anonymous Abers' opinions rule your life.

And why should a museum visit be any different from a farm visit, or even from a pub maybe.
I assume dogs were involved previously... but maybe not for a museum
if you think it is a bad thing
then it probably is
How did you manage italics Geoffrey.... our a fast learner....I been here several years and never managed it.

Well that worked well ...
Almost showing off SD
It's whatever you feel comfortable with abbeylee.

For italics SD square bracket around an i at each end is correct though but be wary not all punctuation marks works within them. [i]
Abby Leigh, do you ever make your own decisions about anything?
