I was raised on Yorkshire pudding in a large baking tray, rather than separate ones.
maybe it's an Irish thing ...

Been making them myself for a long time but today's are mmmmm,
If I was to do a large one I'd put sausage in to make a toad in the hole

Sadie there a dozen , I send 8 to my daughters( meals on wheels) and we have two each here

Ichkeria. I too was raised on Yorkshire pudding made in the roasting tray (around the meat)(Londoner). The taste from the meat juices was wonderful. I never knew of individual Yorkshires. My grand mother would make apple Yorkshire in a baking tray. Wonderful.

First time I've tried this recipe and I think I'll stay with it, I also found using muffin tins ( silicone) better than the tins
