I bought a very good book of these in Waterstones once (aimed at adult job applicants, not school kids!). It had different levels, tips, learning advice and of course, sample tests and answers. It cost about �7 but was worth it as I passed the test. I'm sure something similar is available in any good high street book store. Hopefully other users will give links to free online sites too.
