I am 16 and because I messed around in school and acted like an idiot I failed all my GCSES. I have no idea how to move forward and get into college. Any advice?

Can you not retake them ?.
The law ridiculously says that you have to be in education or training until you are 18. You could retake your GCSEs or see if you could get an apprenticeship doing something you want to do.
Don't panic....you have learned an important life lesson...now set about doing retakes. You can do those in college. You may get back on track by this time next year and be able to move forward to the next level...alternatively an apprenticeship is an option but you may well need maths and English at the very least....ring your local college for an interview on Monday and remember you will not be the only one so no need to be embarrassed! I did the same many years ago!!
Learn the lesson lad. Knuckle down and study hard, retake your exams next year and go from there. All is not lost! Good luck.
Oh don't worry about that, we were all home educated and didn't take any exams by choice, and the vast majority of us went to Uni eventually and did a degree course. If I were you I'd retake them since you seem to feel you need them, but don't get bent out of shape about it, just use it as a tool to learn not to behave in a way that'll throw yourself over next time.x
Go to uni and take a mickey mouse degree, they will take anyone.
Join the Army.

Since your problem seems to be lack of discipline there's scarcely any point in trying to get into college. You're probably not cut out for it. You'll find in the Army they take unkindly to "messing about".
Finny Mick- he is a long way from going to university, even for a 'mickey mouse' degree. Sammy would need GCSEs and then some A level or equivalent qualifications
