I am a 25 year old female with a first class Bsc and a MSc. I have one years experience working as a research assistant in a private research and consultancy company and have been working as a RE for an international market research company now for almost 4 months (not long, I know).

I am extremely ambitious but would like to go that extra mile to ensure that I quickly progress up the career ladder. I am 25 but am not in the position or earning the salary I was hoping to be at my age.

I know it will take time and I should be patient but I have so much drive and ambition but don't feel like I am able to apply it as well as I would like to.

Does anyone have any ideas??? Any would be very much appreciated.
