in october i was promoted from groundworker to foreman so i was put on a 3 month trial period with no change in the hourly rate,its now been 4 month and theres still no talk of whether im staying in this role.
i have spoken to management but they seem to just fob me off and they have even said my trial period might be extended.
were do i stand?

Could you speak to the Manager's manager? Or someone in HR.

If all fails you'll have to resort to putting in a written grievance about it, that would be a shame. They realyy should be telling you whether you're a good foreman and therefore deserve the foreman rate or if not, go back to groundworker.
