Wouldn't that depend on what your behaviour was?
it's how they react to your behavior that dictates what effect your behavior has. you can control that reaction to a certain extent.

I assume you mean 'affect' others.
Is this another Customer Service course assignment question?

Say i was angry how would that effect their behaviour
Whose behaviour? What's the context here please?
It would either make them angry too or upset and frightened depending on their personality. As factor says, the verb is affect (the noun effect).
That would depend on the circumstances. If they were your employees, for example, they might be resentful and sullen but say nothing for fear of losing their job.
If you showed anger to people in a bar they might react with the same, or worse.
There are two aspects which should effect your behaviour; self-respect and decorum. The former for yourself and the latter for your neighbour.
'Say i was angry how would that effect their behaviour'
depends on the nature of the person that you are angry with surely?
I am constantly referring to my 'attitude and behaviors' module at work when doing assessments and organising training. It is about being appropriate, being effective and maintaining harmony and a balanced working environment where everyone feels included and valued.
It's not easy as everyone is human.
Does this relate to another thread that I've missed? I have no idea of the context although as it's in Jobs&Education it relates to the work place. Are you asking about your behaviour as an employee? If so think how it affects customers, colleagues, your manager, your subordinates, your suppliers, etc
I believe it's in reference to NVQ Level 2 in Customer Services
as long as we don't get into emotional intelligence i'm fine with this subject lol

Cotext about this question
It is infact yet another CS question. The exact question is

Explain how their behaviour has an effect on the behaviour of others?

Its is in relation to customer service and my assessor said example 'If you were angry'
If you have L.D. or any other syptoms that cause you shout / scream, if people do not know you, that can cause " In some cases" problems, If it's an attitude problem, step back & think before you speak, If it's a Physical Problem, seek anger management help. If you have a grudge that causes your behaviour issues, look at whats causing your feelings & if you can not sort it see your G.P.
then annemarie, your anger would be none productive, intimidating, possibly deemed as bullying or aggression, it would definately be unprofessional and show a lack of competence and control. I use an already established dent in the stock room wall to relieve any feeling of potential anger that may start to build. It is probable you would need to look at attitude first, then behavior. It needs cool focused detachment in order to avoid reaching the anger stage.
The people you work with need calm decisive leadership and someone that they can trust and respect, knowing that person can steer them through a situation before it becomes a crisis.
knowing what you have to achieve should give you a sense of the value of your actions, this then should reflect in your attitude and behaviour.

the ultimate result being success.

Going back to my fantasy footie team now, hope that helps.,
