They say that living with a cat is good for your health. I dispute this - wake up calls at silly o'clock and there is a cat currently head-butting me and screaming in my ear.

This picture doesn't help

Wow, that cat in the pic is far out man !.
Yeah right! just picked my cat up as a strange car was going up the lane and the pratcat scratched right across my right booby (and that's some size) bl**dy painful!!!
Rover just vomited down the stairs, that was caring and considerate, not.
I must say, I find cats a bit irritating!

I have to say that I agree with you - but I still love my two.
Well Ninja threw up on the bed this morning (whilst we were still in it). Then Fatboy went for a dip in the lake - no doubt after a fish or a birdie.

Personally, I think they are devious, irritating, thankless little sods.
Yep, nail on the head there BM lol.
We have the smallest, bloodiest-minded little madam that anyone has given house space to - she rules the OH (the cat person) with an iron fist in a velvet paw, scares the dog who is at least eight times bigger than her, and annoys me - and she puked up over the doormat this morning, so I'm nor best pleased with her! give me dogs any day!!

....... but you all still love them to pieces though
Why is it cats always vomit in places where it creates maximum work?
I hasten to add (Ok. I didnt hasten that much) that I have had cats all my life up until 8 years ago, they were never mine though.
Had cats for a while and they certainly have their different personalities but wouldn't have another as I can't cope with the dead things they bring home as presents.
LOL, but Jan they bring us those errrrrrrm presents just to show us how much they love us !.
My own cat, who's now no longer with us, used to bring in live frogs into the spare bedroom, as the cats went in and out of that window - it also had an ensuite shower which one frog crawled into - I nearly died of shock when I went to have a shower - I hate reptiles, and loathe frogs and toads most of all! The cat sensibly stayed out that night.
Wonderful Tony but but dead rats and seagulls I just couldn't cope with.
Bloody hell Jan, seagulls !

Right I now understand.
cats do keep their 'pets' grounded, they like to keep us on our toes,as we'd not have anything to do if we were catless
Pepper threw up in a line about 6 ft long across my beige lounge carpet today.
Both my cats are sulking as I got them collars (safety ones with bells on) yesterday to stop them trying to chase birds, They don't seem to appreciate being followed by tinkling bells all day :)
daffy, our cat has learned how to get rid of the bell somehow, crafty little git that she is.
I couldn't stop laughing at them yesterday, watching them try to run away from something that is round their own necks was very amusing to me.
