Has anyone ever benifited from an ILA payment (or similar english equivelant)...

I applied in march & was accepted...but never found a course to go & do....

They JUST changed the criteria this month and i no longer qualify because i have a degree...DOH

Its a great scheme though if anyone wanted to do a course...you get help towards it...x
