Does anyone know how sub-post masters/mistresses get paid? Is it a salaried position or is it based on post office turnover? Thanks.

It is acombination of both. A core payment is made and a rate per transaction is added to this to prodduce monthly salary. Every transaction has a value the value differs for various transactions
