I am on track for a 2:1 but dont want to do a masters. I have a lot of experience with special needs /autistic children but cant seem to find a job in this field for more than �10,000 a year. Any suggestions please?

You could become an Educational Psychologist or a Counsellor- both very well paid jobs I think.
Do a masters.
Accept a ten grand job! Some graduates get less than that when they qualify - depends howmuch you want the job, the chance for progression and if you can live on that money. When i left uni i thought a degree was a key to all well-paid jobs - universities trick you into believing that - it's not, my first job was �8,500.
