Jen, there are other things that will get you that job, people know you've got no experience to have a CV. Make sure you present yourself well, be clean, (shoes ,fingernails) you'll be surprised what first impressions do. Speak clearly & smile. If you pass on all those then I'd give you a job.

I would concentrate on school for the time being, at your age you wouldnt have much of a CV.
shouldnt you be at school..?
Try the local shops. Our local shop employs a few school kids to help stack the shelves.
if you make a CV, use spell check.

You won't get turned down but they may say "Yeah we're looking for someone, bring in a CV" and it may look better if you have one already to give them. But if they already employ people of your age they won't expect you to have much on a CV already anyway.

Plus have you got a work permit from school?
Wy not concentrate on school first, could you handle a job and school work as well,
A CV is a really good thing to have. You say you are in year nine so you will be doing your work experience and that can go on your CV. Your CV is your calling card for any Saturday jobs you might see as you go about town; it will have your email address on and your contact number and it will let potential employers know who you are and what makes you tick. As Jemissa says, if you are friendly and approach people they will be able to see all of your good qualities! Good luck!
cgobes this post is from 2010 im sure she would of either found a job now or has chosen to carry on with her school work.
