get a job. If you are 'unskilled' try local supermarkets and warehouses. Noshortage of jobs at the moment.

Have you visited your local job centre, or looked in your local paper yet? There are lots of jobs out there, okay they may not be what you are looking for, but if it gets you out of debt, take anything & hold your head up!

Visit your local Citizens' Advice Bureau and ask them to do a benefits check for you. They will be able to tell you whether or not there is a benefit you are entittled to that you are not claiming. Also, (as above) look for a job!
