career advice Have you ever got stuck?

hey Friends
I was wondering if you could help me. I am 33 today, have to MSc degrees in Business, however, I have never worked in the fields I studied, and as you know with the market being as challenging as it is (and the fact that I have worked in the NHS since graduation), I find it difficult to get a new job. What would you do if you were in my boat? How would you solve the following problem: Being stuck?
New qualification, new degree? Am I supposed to keep on looking?
