how do u do them like iv seen on this site

i just highlight the web address ,then right click it and select copy.then go to where you want your link and right click and select paste.then when you press the enter or return key it is activated.i also understand that if you type over the top of your link ( such as click here) without deleting it you can put whatever words you want on your link.

That link takes you to this page.   Is it the "this" type of link you want to do? rather than the much longer one above it?
