My windscreen splintered after a bird hit it, (pheasant) Luckily i was comprehensively insured, so after paying my excess(£60) it was replaced by Autoglass My insurers in the policy state that it will not affect my no claims bonus when i need to renew my insurance with them . Will i have to declare it to other insurers when after new quotes as i usually change insurers every year?

You need to disclose all claims. It is usually the case that a windscreen claim has no effect on future No Claims Discount but that does not mean any future premium payable will also remain unaffected.
Quite a lot of insurers now expect you to declare windscreen claims - so I would strongly advise you tell anyone that you are getting a quote from - or at least ask them if they need to know. The onus is on you to declare anything you know may affect the underwriters decision - they do not necessarily have to ask you the specific question.
