I have lots of photos in my 'My Pictures' folder and every time I load more on from my camera, after loading, my PC crashes. I am also having trouble downloading photos to a CD. I get a window saying the CD is full, even when I know it is a new one. My PC man can't find out what the problem is. Is there anything I can do so I can put some photos onto CDs as backup?

it depends on how many photos you are trying to put onto the cd and what image size they are, in the short term I would suggest that you purchase an external hard drive to back up your entire data set then get your computer re-installed.

I have tried putting just one photo on the CD, and it rejects it, same reason. I have replaced by CD drive but that doesn't help. Think its a Word problem ...
