Lost taskbar help pls?

I stopped explorer.exe in proccess from the task manager . I though I knew what I was doing . Now ??I have now lost my taskbar . can't even access system restore . Any help pls

I can access Firefox & task manager but that's it

it seems you must have been the only one about :)

You could have just done a CTRL-ALT-DELETE click task manager, then new process and run explorer.exe again which
would also have brought it back.
