i would ahte to loose any part of my body not in a vain way but that i would end up witha disability and not be able to do all the things i do.
dont think i would insure it though as no amount of money would give back a part of my body that became defromed or that stopped functioning. Besides the money spent on insurance could be best spent elsewhere

Very true - but if, say, your face was your fortune, would you insure it against the ravages of time? Some people insure their legs, boobs - whatever - but as you say, I don't think there's much point. If it goes, it goes.
I think you would find it difficult to insure a specific part of your body unless your living depends on it (actress - face or legs; footballer - legs, etc). However, consider taking out Accident Insurance, which will pay out for disablement, loss of limbs or eyes, or death. The premiums are usually quite low and will give welcome cover should you lose your job due to an accident injury.
I'd ensure my trunk.
