I was injured on my toe back in November 2020. My toe nail fell off and is growing back. I noticed that there is a little pus, swelling around the nail and it looks like it is ingrown. Would workers comp cover this?

It was recorded
Was the injury caused by your employer's negligence? Was it their fault?
Have you lost earnings, cancelled holidays or other planned events, been unable to drive or do any other activity?

Has the injury caused pain, trauma or emotional suffering?
A relative of mine was injured at work. It was found to be the fault of the company but she still had to go through a solicitor to claim compensation.
Workers comp - is a bit old - like 50 y old as a phrase but yes it does still cover it. You need to sue your employer

Will the company pay clerk rush to you with an open cheque book and ask: how much do you want? no
but then really , they never did. As ewver there are rules and you have to follow them
