in the past i had maybe 3 CCJs, but they are now spent. I work for an nursing agency and usually bring home around �1500 a month. My outgoings are about �300 a month. I have worked for the agency just over a year. Would i be able to get a mortage, and if so for about how much? Thanks for your time. Boyo

As long as you have written confirmation that the ccj's have cleared, as most places would need that. Also if you have a rough idea on how much you are looking for and provide your annual salary. Most places offer different income muliples. i.e: you have said your on �18,000 a year roughly. so if a company offers 4 times it will be �72,000 minus your outgoings. they will also need to know how long your outgoings will be lasting and do you intend to pay this off or keep it going when you have the mortgage.
