I have recently purchase an o2 mobile phone 3 months ago i payed the insurance for 1 month then i cancelled. I am a heavy user of the phone and run up quite huge bills. The thing is out of the blue my screen went all funny and now i can't even switch my phone on, the light just comes on. What do i do? Will i be able to get a replacement. Please help me.

does any one know if you can download mp3 files on a computer to a moblie phone to use as a ringtone?

Even though you have no insurance the phone should be covered under the manufacturers warrenty, check any paperwork you got with the phone or return to the supplyer for advice.
