I very much doubt it,when I get a call from these people and I tell them I have claimed successfully on it they say sorry and put phone down.
yup, sounds daft

The claim I made was on my personal loan.I also have PPI on my credit card and they are charging me £15 per month for it.I am considering claiming mis sold on this.Do you think I am ok to do this?
Were you mis sold it though?, if you were able to claim previously and your circumstances haven't changed then I doubt it very much. Why don't you just stop paying it if you don't want it.
Well you didn't say it was for a separate claim, did you!. Claim once (or try to) on each occurrence where it has been added.
If you haven't yet put in a PPI mis-selling claim on your credit card then I think you will be able to put in a claim if you the mis-selling criteria are met.
It can't have been miss sold if you have actually used it.
You have nothing to loose by making a claim, the worst they can do is reject it.
